Their festival also launches the Sunshine Coast's first-ever official Sunshine Coast Poetry Slam Championships in association with Queensland Poetry Festival. The Sunshine Coast heat will be held during the festival on Saturday night, August 12 in Coolum Civic Centre.
Tickets are available for One-Day and Two-Day passes which include all presentations and workshops, plus separate tickets for the Saturday night poetry slam championships hosted by 2014 Australian champion Zohab Zee Khan. This night includes music from original singer songwriters including the hip-hop band The Lyrical.
