Your online application is the first step in the recruitment process.

TEQ has a recruitment portal that enables you to create a profile and manage your applications. When you apply for a position through our website you will be prompted to create an account or log into your existing account. If you apply for a position with TEQ through Seek, you will also receive an email from us regarding your account.

Cover letter

Your cover letter is a one-to-two page introduction to you and your skills and a succinct highlight of what you can bring to the position and to TEQ. You should select specific examples which demonstrate your suitability for the role.

If you are selected for an interview you can expect to hear from us within two weeks of the closing date and the recruiting manager will provide more detailed information on the process at this time.

We use behavioural based interview questions which help us find out how you might think and act by asking how you have performed in different situations in the past.
